Who are we ?
globalwebcode is a small business providing cost effective dynamic website development, design, hosting and aftercare solutions for individuals and small companies to whom cost is important.
We are based in Torbay, South Devon, servicing the needs of a growing number of local individuals and businesses in their web site hosting, design and aftercare requirements.
We have been involved in IT and the internet for thirty years and have seen the progressive growth in this field with the consequential swing from conventional retailing to the modern online retail business.
Our mission is simply to be the first choice provider of design, development, hosting and aftercare in Devon and the Southwest UK by offering a reliable, professional, quality service which always meets, and we hope exceeds, our customer’s expectations.
What are our Aims and Objectives ?
We have six:
1. Reliability : In all aspects of our production and hosting of a website it is of prime importance to maintain the integrity of the website in order that the visitors and customers are not disappointed when they visit.
2. User Friendliness : The site must be visually attractive, easy on the eye, simple to navigate through with the customers ability to make purchases or enquiries fluidly and with ease.
3. Contactability : We have been working in the retail sales environment for over thirty years. We believe that the ability to talk to an individual about a specific problem is the best way to keep satisfied customers returning.
4. Honesty : Our policy is to be honest with our customers and not make promises that we are not able to fulfil. It is a source of great frustration to be given a specific date for completion that was never intended to be met. Even so there are occasions when you have to put your hands up and say sorry, we didn't forsee all the possible snags that we have had to overcome and are late in production. We are only human and sometimes we have to put our trust in other people's promises.
5. Privacy : to preserve the confidentiality of all material and information given to us or put in our charge.
6. Choice : to ensure that full, detailed and clear information is available about the company’s services and the way that decisions are reached.
We Enjoy What We Do...
We enjoy the whole process of creating a website from and individual's idea. The creative process is very rewarding and working towards a goal to achieve a clients wishes is a process that we feel is very worth while. Attention to detail in every aspect of this process results in a customer who will provide by word of mouth a continuous advertising campaign for us at no charge.
